Romanian by birth, Reggio Emilia by adoption, I am the First Romanian woman in Europe to have a Master's degree in Culinary Nutrition and to rank in the Top 10 of the "The Best Chef in Italy" Competition. I have always believed that we Chefs are endowed with a great responsibility: to make people happy not only with taste but also by offering Wellbeing.

My passion for Italian cuisine and pasta, in all its forms, was born in this city, Reggio Emilia, which welcomed me and who adopted me.
On behalf of the Associations "Emilia Romagna a Parigi" and "Italia in rete," TV Comunication made this mini-film presented in Paris at the "Forum des associations franco-italiennes" where I proudly represented my Italy.
